Items are shipped on Mondays and Thursdays by 24 hour courier service. They will be shipped on the first shipment day after payment clearance.  For cheques this will normally be three days after receipt.  

Shipping costs quoted are for delivery delivery to most of the  UK Mainland - whereby "UK Mainland" is defined by our carriers as "England, Scotland as far north as Edinburgh.
The Scottish Highlands, NW Scotland and  Islands, such as the Scillies and Isle of Wight, and  are NOT covered - please email us for a quote for these and other destinations.

Our carriers will require a signature so please ensure an authorised person is available to sign for goods. If no one is available the carrier will leave a card so that you can contact them to arrange delivery or collection from the local depot. The couriers will attempt to deliver twice.  If after this the customer does not make contact to arrange collection they will return the package to Riverside Trading  at a cost of £10

Unless stated otherwise this is a brand new item and still in it's original packing. If the item does not match the description, is damaged or otherwise faulty then we are pleased to offer a full money back guarantee if the product is returned within 10 days of receipt.

All winning bids must be paid for within 5 days of end of auction or the item will be re-listed. Anyone who bids and wins but does not complete/pay will have negative feedback left for them. If sending cheques please write the ebay auction id, name of item and your shipping address on the back of the cheque.
