The best possible replacement for your old tired or failed unit. The price listed here does includes a £30.00 surcharge that we must pay the supplier, this can be rembursed if you return to us your original like for like alternator. Any credit/refund would then be sent to you as a £30.00 RPi Credit voucher note upon your return of a suitable exchange. The voucher is usable against the cost of any further purchase in full or in part.

Will this fit my car?
It should fit almost all Rover V8 engine (3.5, 3.9, 4.2, 4.0, 4.6 or any other variant), suitable for Range Rover Classics, Land Rover Discoveries Series I, Land Rover 90's, 110's and 130's. Also Morgan Marcos TVR MG RV8 Etc Etc.
It should be suitable for V8 powered Kit cars or specials too!!
Please be aware though that your engine moves when you rev it, so you must have clearance around the Alternator.
All alternators come complete from the manufacturer with computer output check sheet and the following is taken from the test.
Maximum output power is 935 Watts
Maximum output under full load 72 Amps
Voltage Regulator set point 14.37 Volts
Turn on speed (indicator lamp out) 1500 RPM
A small wiring modification may be needed.
With so many years and variants of Rover V8 applications, in some instances your electrical terminals that connect to the alternator may be slightly different, don't panic though, it is incredibly easy to connect the wires to it and we are on hand to help if need be.

Local import duties are not covered in our quotes and we advise that you check such liabilities before you place your bid if you are unsure.
