Over £27 and 2kg are sent using City-Link courier service.

Description
A complete alloy cylinder, with Nicaisl lining, reed valve induction, and redesigned exhaust port (from the standard Lambretta). The kit can produce upto 22hp from the box depending on specification, carb, exhaust and timing options chosen.
This auction package includes cylinder, cylinder head, piston, gudgeon pin, circlips, gaskets, studs and nuts, as well as the inlet manifold and reed valve assembly.
The carb exits on the opposite side from standard, meaning if you have a battery tray this will need to be removed.
This is a Monza 200cc cylinder kit to fit 200cc engine casings.
Some questions we get asked :-
Will I have to modify my scooter ?
Excluding the mechanical mods of upgrading your engine to cope with the extra power, the only frame and body modifications would be if you have a battery model Lambretta. The battery tray will have to be cut and re-welded to the other side, otherwise no other mods are needed.
Will I have to cut my side panels for the carb ?
Not with the standard Imola metal or rubber manifolds & Dell'orto carbs, if you wish to use another type of carb, we would recommend a flat slide version just in case.
What carb and exhaust?
We recommend a Dell'Orto PHBH 30mm, Powerjetted is ideal, but standard will work also. Exhaust we stock and use JL exhaust, for unrivalled performance and quality.
I have a 1966 SX200, will I need a new crank ?
Yes, your crank is nearly 50 years old, its worn out !
What we are getting at here is that ANY performance kit you choose to use, whether a stage four factory iron cylinder, or a full blown performance kits such as the Monza here, its pointless building it on an old worn engine. Build the base of your engine first using the best quality parts you can find, then worry about putting a kit on when you have that bit right!
We always suggest crank, electronic ignition, bearings, oil seals, chain guides, chain, clutch, gear selector & spring as a gerneral rule of thumb, then of course checking all other components as you go.
Is it ok to fit to a brand new Indian 200 engine?
Our point of view is no, if it were our own bike we would change the crank, bearings, oil seals, clutch, chain guides, but thats just our opinion!
