Unusual, Different Short Base!

I have owned several Lalique Mascot’s but I have yet to see another one with this short of a  base, I think she may be one of the older models but I’m not sure and have no way to find out

 

I don’t know the year, the base is SCRATCHED and there is one very small chip on the front of the base.

I have included my iphone in the last picture so you can see how slim the base is and of course the iphone is NOT included in this auction

5 ½ long and the base is 2 ¾ diameter
