The process to reverse bids is lengthy and time consuming and no one wants bad feedback or unpaid item strikes. We ONLY POST OVERSEAS USING INSURANCE eg Royal Mail airsure or international signed for. We CANNOT MAKE EXCEPTIONS on insurance due to total losses on too many items sent without insurance.
