 Ladies size 16 long (33inches inside leg) stonewashed jeans.  38 inch waist, nicely stretchy!  They are straight leg and tuck nicely into boots.  They are generous around the tummy area, so they don't fall down or expose a builder's bum! 
Comes from a pet free and smoke free home.
