Dispatch:

We make every effort to dispatch sold items within 24 hours of cleared payment.  We use Royal Mail Signed For, Airmail, Airsure, International Signed For and FedEx courier services.  We cannot process claims for missing items with Royal Mail until 25 days after posting, but please contact us if you experience a problem and we will do our best to resolve it as soon as possible.

Returns:
Returns are accepted providing we are notified within 7 days of receipt.  Items must be returned in their original unused condition with all labels still attached and in correct, undamaged packaging.  Please ensure you are ordering the correct size, colour and style item for your requirements.  We will only refund the cost of postage when an item has been ordered correctly but incorrectly supplied.  If you need to exchange an item for another size etc the buyer must bear the cost of P&P for the replacement item.  On items listed with free P&P, this only applies to the original purchase; further exchanges will require a P&P payment.
