Returns Policy

We offer a full refund guarantee on items which are damaged in transit. The damaged item must be returned along with it's original packaging and gift wrap (if purchased) within 7 days of receipt. Please email us before returning goods.

We also offer a 7 day full refund guarantee if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase. The item must be returned in a saleable condition, along with it's original packaging and gift wrap (if purchased) within 7 days. A refund will be given minus the returns postage costs incurred by you.

Please note however that we are unable to accept returns on any of our piercings (ie earrings and belly bars), due to hygeine reasons. Unless damaged in transit.

Please ensure all goods are returned in protective packaging by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We regret we cannot be held responsible for items that go astray in the post when being returned to us. When you receive your jewellery you are for any reason not completely satisfied, please return it to us in protective packaging by Royal Mail Recorded delivery.
Please ensure this is done within 7 days of receipt of goods, and state whether you require a refund or exchange.
Please ensure the goods are returned with all original materials, including any gift packaging and are suitably protected.
Once the returned goods have been received by us and we are happy you have complied with the above policy we will issue a full refund minus any returns postage costs incurred by yourselves.
