Our Postage & Packaging Terms

Our postage and packaging costs are always tried to be kept as low as possible

and we always try to use recycled packaging, if on the rare occasion we do overcharge

as were only human and sometimes its not always easy to guess the weight then we ALWAYS

refund the difference back to the buyer, if we underestimate the P&P costs then thats our

error and we pay the additional costs, hope that seems fair to everyone. Also we do always

obtain proof of posting, so if an item gets lost in transit then i will forward the details to

If the auction is for an item of clothing then all items are freshly laundered

(and ironed if i have the time)

Finally I would just like to add that we are not a smoke & pet free home

my partner has taken up smoking again but is banished to smoking outside
