Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.
We currently only post to customers in the UK only.
Once payment is received your order will be processed within 48-72 hours. Estimated Delivery Time is 7 Working Days as we do rely on a 3rd Party delivery company.

14 Day Returns Guarantee
For  most items, you have the right to return your goods within 14 days of  receiving them. However, this right does not apply to certain items  such as personalised products, perishable goods and audio or video  recordings or computer software which has been opened. If you wish to  return goods using this right, you need to inform us within 14 days of  receiving the goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and  immediately return them at your own expense. We will not consider that  you have taken reasonable care of the goods if they have been used in a  way or to an extent beyond what would be reasonable when examining the  goods in a shop before purchase.

Faulty Goods

Each country in the EU is now required to minimise the disposal of unsorted waste electrical products and to achieve a high level of collection, treatment, recovery and environmentally sound disposal of such. We have joined the national Distributor Take Back Scheme and have contributed to a fund to help local authorities upgrade their waste collection facilities.

You can contribute too by taking any waste electrical products to your nearest participating site. To find your nearest site, please visit www.recycle-more.co.uk. It is important that any hazardous substances, contained in waste electrical products, are disposed of effectively to avoid danger to human health and damage to the environment. 

All new electrical products now carry a crossed out wheeled bin symbol indicating that, at the end of their life, they should be disposed of at an appropriate collection facility.
