Delivery Times

Items are usually dispatched within 3 working days. Customers are asked to consider the time factor when placing orders and ensure they allow enough time.

I cannot be held responsible for the length of time it takes for the Royal Mail to deliver your order. Our mail is collected by the Royal mail and all orders are dispatched by early afternoon.

I always obtain proof of postage. I cannot be held responsible for any items after they have been dispatched. This responsiblity lies with The Royal Mail, who do not consider an item lost until after 15 days(21 days for International delivery).

Lost items cannot be claimed for until the 15 days have passed (21 for International deliveries)
