All items purchased from us are fully returnable provided the Item is unused and unworn and can be returned in the original packaging with all the labels attached. You will need to contact us by email to: returns@winfields.co.uk to request a Returns Number. Please also provide your Telephone Number for us to make contact and assist in the return.
Fotwear
- All unworn items purchased from us can be returned for a refund. Unfortunately, no delivery charges are refunded unless goods are faulty or the wrong item has been shipped, we will email you once your return has been received and your refund processed. - You must contact us first by email to returns@winfields.co.uk within 7 days of receipt.
- If you need to return an item because of a size issue, postage costs will not be refunded if the correct UK size is stated within the shoes.
- Returns have to be received within a 28-day period after purchase. Please ensure that returns come in their original box, and with the returns slip filled out correctly.

Defective Goods
- It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the products on receipt. We will not be liable for loss or damage during transit unless you notify us of the nature of the damage within 7 days of the date of delivery.
- There will be no refund or exchange for damage caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
- We reserve the right to credit the customer with the value of lost or damaged products at our sole discretion.

Incorrect or unsuitable goods
- We hope you will be happy with your goods but we will accept the return of any UNUSED items within 14 days of purchase, provided that they are returned in their original packaging with all labels still attached.
- The Company will not be held liable for the loss in transit of any returned item(s). The customer is responsible for appropriately packaging the goods before returning them to us and we advise you to ensure the products are adequately insured during any return journey. We would also advise you to use recorded delivery or Special Delivery post if you are unable to deliver the products personally.
- Returns cannot be accepted unless they contain the original order number and documentation to allow us to trace the original transaction.
Tents
- Unless the tent is faulty it cannot be returned if it has been pitched, even indoors, as this would render it second-hand and therefore un-sellable.
- Before erecting your tent for the first time you must read the manufacturer's instructions and adhere to these during erection and use.
- If, having erected your tent in accordance with the instructions, you feel that that it is faulty you must inform us within 7 days of the receipt of the tent either by email or telephone. Initially will we try, with the help of the manufacturer, to resolve the fault at a distance e.g. by sending any missing parts. If this fails we will ask you to re-pack the tent, and return it or part of it to us, enclosing a description of the fault, for inspection by either our experts or the manufacturer's representative. If requested, we will arrange for the tent to be collected, but should your claim not be accepted we will not be able to issue a replacement tent (or tent part) or refund the cost and/or the shipping costs.
- Please note that until the inspection process is complete we will not be able to issue a replacement tent (or tent part) or refund the cost and/or the shipping costs.
- If we/the manufacturer is happy that the fault is as a result of a manufacturing problem or defect, we will of course be happy to replace or refund the tent, plus the return shipping cost. |
