We ask all our customers to please pay in UK Pounds Sterling.
UK Customers please pay via Paypal, Postal Order or Cheque. For our International customers please pay ONLY by paypal unless agreed to another form of payment with us first.

FREE shipping to UK customers only.
We send all our products via Royal Mail and all parcels need to be signed for on delivery. When parcels are sent out to the UK please allow 1-3 days from payment cleared and we have emailed you to say that the item has been dispatched.
For International deliveries all parcels need to be signed for on delivery. When parcels are sent to anywhere in the world please allow 7-21 days from payment cleared and we have emailed you to say that the item has been dispatched. (Please be aware that international customers may incur a customs charge when the parcel arrives in your country, this is totally out of our hands and the charge has to be paid for by the customer not Urbansoles).
We can never Gaurantee that Royal Mail will always be able to hit these deadlines, so please email us if you still have not received your parcel within these timescales and we will do our best to help you.

You can return your shoes in their original condition and in the original box and we will arrange for refund or replacement pair. Please return within 14 days of receiving your shoes.
Postage back to us will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or wrong item is sent.
