Our Gold-Class service consists of a singles delivery person
to deliver your sofa. Please be advised that they will
require your help in moving the unit in, and up any stairs.
Our Platinum-Class service consists of a two (2) Person
team, who will deliver your sofa & place it in a place of
your choice. For this service please add a further £35.00 to
the delivery charge.

Please keep in mind that all our furniture , sofas or
Sectional Model purchases have a 3 day PAYMENT TERM
CONDITION.
We provides high end quality sofas and home furnishing
solutions, which are now being offered at fantastic Value
and a very affordable price to the buying public. In order
to provide this service to our customers, we ask all
customers to understand & abide by our payment terms &
conditions.
PRIVACY
We respect our customers privacy, thus we do not share or
sell any of our customers information.
WARRANTY
All our Sofa collections Carrie a 10 year warranty that
applies only to sofas used under normal household
conditions. Our complete terms & conditions will be provided
with your sofa "Documentation pack", & includes your
certificate of authentication. Whether a claim is covered
under the warranty will have to be established on a case by
case basis. For example, if the frame of a sofa breaks due
to poor construction, we will be happy to replace the piece
for you. However, if there is large cut on your sofa, it
will not be something our warranty covers.

Returns
We strive to create a
positive and stress free Buying experience for you. Not
Satisfied with your purchase (Sofas NOT defective) If you
are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items can
be returned for a full refund within 7 days of receipt. We
will gladly refund your original purchase amount (less
delivery costs), or process an exchange for you. We also ask
that you pay the return delivery charges. Please notify us
if you are planning to return an item to ensure proper
tracking and timely refund. Important: delivery fees are
non-refundable. Please allow 7 business days for us to
process your return. Credit card orders will receive refunds
in the form of a credit to your credit card. The item must
be returned in saleable condition and include the following.
