Delivery

All Products delivered are brand new and in the manufacturers original packaging. Once we have received cleared payment your item will be despatched as soon as possible. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. If there are any delays you will be informed via e-mail.
Delivery Charges quoted are for UK mainland only. However products which require delivery out of this specified area can be done so, but a surcharge will be involved. Please contact us for surcharge prices if required.
All Items will require a signiture so please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. On larger products such as shower enclsoures, bathroom suites etc the courier driver may require someone to help.
Once you have signed for the goods then you are accepting that the goods have arrived in a good condition and claims for damages after this will not be considered.

We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or a full refund will be credited, however we must be notified via e-mail that a product is being returned to ourselves. Customers wishing to return faulty products must inform us within 7 days of accepting the product. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. All returned products are tested and if deemed to be faulty the postage costs will be refunded along with the product cost.
