Having always recommended the simplicity, low cost and high efficiency of Draw through (single point) LPG OMVL systems we can now announce a breakthrough that allows the use of the high performance K&N air filter with such conversions and in most cases giving more than a 30% power boost through the rev range indeed this upgrade is so simple we just can't imagine why we did not think of it before.
How we developed this item.
Below you can see my own Range Rover, I have owned it for ten years and it has 200 thousand miles on the clock but it drives better than new, it has a 4.6 V8, LPG converted (for over ten years) and we have always had Koni shocks, Polybush and a stainless exhaust (sounds great) fitted, it is also decatted as CATs are not required for LPG converted cars.
With over 110 thousand miles of LPG use this car has been the test bed for many systems that came on the market, it has been useful in allowing us to test the early sequential systems and avoid them due poor efficiency amongst other problems. It has enabled us to identify the sequential systems we now use but I still put it back to Draw through single point LPG as for this and many other models it is the best option.
For a long time we have been introducing bespoke systems and upgrades for Rover V8 applications running with LPG and the use of a quality filter system to allow for superb engine breathing always alluded us, until that is, we decided to take a more simple approach, this came about after we had developed the Power Plenum for all 4 barrel carb types.
With our A&R amps, Magnecor wires and ECU chip management upgrades we continue to supply the highest quality, most effective products for LPG appropriation and this product is just one more in a long line of successful development.

What is this listing for?
Here we are offering a Brand New Stainless Steel Polished shroud and compatible K&N Filter. For instant power improvement and increased air flow to the engine we designed this unique K&N, LPG induction Air Filter kit. Especially for LPG, to ensure maximum engine power without engine hesitation or backfiring as would be normal from using a K&N type filter alone. It uniquely includes our bespoke Stainless Steel filter shroud offering the minimal partial restriction to air intake. This combination gives excellent performance gains on both LPG and petrol along with improved fuel efficiency and throttle response. As you can see it not only works perfectly but it looks great too.
How does it work?
This Polished Stainless Steel K&N Air Filter simply allows more Air to flow into the engine. Furthermore it can be washed and cleaned time and time again and still remaining the top quality of performance from the very first time you used it. The actual filter is covered with oil and can be re-oiled time and time again after being cleaned to simply catch the dust that prior to catching into your engine, furthermore allowing more air to flow to the engine, offering a top quality performance. However as LPG requires a partial restriction at low rpm (idle) our bespoke Stainless Steel filter shroud offers the minimal partial restriction to air intake.
Will it fit my V8?
This K&N Filter is suitable for any V8 Engine style vehicle but can be fitted to all Rover V8 engines of all capacities right back to the 60's, what's more both 2wd and 4wd. We specifically designed if for our Power Plenums and EFi Range Rovers however it can be adapted to fit many other vehicles to.

All, or at least most of our exclusive reclaimed parts are offered with this exceptional “No Quibble Warranty” meaning they have been, or are recently removed from a fully running roadworthy MOT’d and tested vehicle. And in many cases these are from vehicles that have done 100 miles minimum of recent road testing by us before dismantling.
Thus we are then and then only 99.9% sure of there condition prior to removal. Because of this we are able to offer you a 3 month return to base warranty on these parts. This free additional warranty covers the parts you may purchase from us, not only within the eBay assurances but also our own additional warranty on all parts we supply, with free replacement or money back assurance. However such a warranty does not entitle you to postage refunds or labour costs, however we would always be sympathetic to such issues should the case arise.
