Most new products carry the standard manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated – refer to the item description. ‘Consumables’ such as drumsticks and heads are not covered.
If a product is found to be faulty or damaged upon receipt, please email us straight away for instructions on how to proceed. We will gladly replace any FAULTY or TRANSIT DAMAGED item and refund your return postage. In the event that we are unable to replace the item like for like, we will offer a suitable alternative replacement or a refund. In the case of a product which is made up of component parts e.g. a drum kit, only the faulty component will be replaced.
If the item is simply ‘UNWANTED’ we will accept a return within 14 days of receipt. In this case, the product must be unused, still in it’s packaging with any seals intact and be fit for us to re-sell. If these conditions are not adhered to we reserve the right to apply a re-stocking/cleaning charge. The original carriage charge cannot be refunded and the cost of returning unwanted goods to us is at the buyer’s expense.
