IT HAS A BLUE PAINTED BORDER WITH RAISED LUSTRE BOATS OVER AND ANOTHER BLUE BORDER TO THE UPPER ABOVE AND BELOW THESE BORDERS ARE RAISED PATTERNS

THE SPOUT IS SHAPED TO THE OUTSIDE WITH A SORT OF BEAK SHAPE VERY UNUSUAL

MEASURING 13CM HIGH X 15 CM SPOUT TO HANDLE EDGE

IT UNFORTUNATELY HAS A CHIP TO THE SPOUT APPROX 1.5CM BUT COULD EASILY BE RESTORED
