Summary of My Selling Policies
Payment	Please take into consideration that bank transfers take several days (usually 3-4 business days) until they appear on our account. This is particularly relevant to payments made on Thursdays or Fridays, as these are unlikely to arrive before Tuesday or Wednesday the following week. We take this opportunity to remind you one more time to include your name and transaction number in your payment details. Please also be sure to email us your correct delivery address if this is different from your Ebay address.
Shipping	All items can be collected (unless otherwise defined in postage section) by purchasers; own courier or arrangements can be made for personal delivery. We are happy to ship anywhere in the world at a cost to be agreed, as per current shipping costs for that Country. We prefer to use our local courier or Abbey Shipping but happy to ship via accredited company of purchasers choice.
Delivery	Every care is taken in packaging items for shipment, but we cannot be held responsible for damage caused after dispatch from our premises. Onus falls on the purchaser to arrange transit insurance. Goods will be despatched within 14 working days of funds clearing. Furniture takes longer to delivered than parcels. We do dispatch as soon as possible but couriers can take 21 days depending on were you are. PLEASE NOTE DELIVERY IS ONLY TO THE DOOR WITH MOST OF THE COURIERS. LONDON DELIVERIES ARE NORMALY EARLY SATURDAY MORNINGS. ALL DELIVERIES ARE BY ONE MAN SO HELP MAY BE NEEDED.
