Feedback

We love to leave good feedback and to receive it in return.  In the past our policy has been to always leave good feedback upon payment and to trust buyers to return the favour when they receive their goods.  However, we have recently been hit by bouncing cheques and by some silly buyers leaving nasty feedback without giving us the chance to remedy any issues.  As such, our policy is to now wait for the buyer to receive their goods and to signal the end of the transaction by leaving feedback for us.  We will then leave feedback in return.  We apologise for having to take this approach but due to a small number of ebayers with poor attitude we have no alternative.

Packaging and Postage
