Items are wrapped in acid free tissue then posted in strong waterproof postal packaging. All handbags posted within the UK are sent next day once payment has been accepted excluding Sundays and Bank holidays we use Royal Mail Special signed for delivery which requires a signature on delivery an e-mail will be sent to  buyers on dispatch with their personal tracking number. International buyers, your item will be posted by international signed for delivery and your reference number e-mailed to you on dispatch.

Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase. All items should be returned within 30 days of purchase to enable a refund. Returned Items will not be refunded after 30days from purchase. Items must be returned using royal mail signed for delivery to ensure safe and secure return to us.Please note all items are carefully checked and photographed prior to listing and again before posting, this is to both avoid any disappointment and to ensure there are no returns due to damage by the customer. If, however, you receive an item that is 'not as described' please contact me within 24 hours and return the item within 14 working days for a replacement or if not available a full refund.
