FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

FAQ 1: When can I expect my order to arrive?
Your item will usually be despatched within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment, although we aim to despatch the next working day where ever possible (from 11 May 09 Monday posting will no longer be available as the local Post Office is changing it's opening hours)

FAQ 2: What is your return policy?
Items may be returned at the customers discretion, full refund will be given for the purchase price only, the cost of postage paid to send the item to you or for you to return the item to us will not be refunded. If payment is made by PayPal we reserve the right to refund the amount received, i.e. the cost of the item less charges

FAQ 3: Do you combine shipping?
We do combine shipping and are happy to give discounted postage to all customers. If buying multiple items and paying by PayPal all items must be paid in one transaction to benefit from the postage discounts. Please note items that are not suitable to be posted together will be despatched under separate cover, e.g. keyrings will not be posted with photos in case of damage to the pictures

FAQ 4: Can you tell me what the combined shipping cost will be before I purchase?
Yes we can, email us and tell us how many photos/other items you want and we will calculate a cost for you.  We have detailed spreadsheets of weight, packaging costs and Royal Mail charges and WE DO NOT OVERCHARGE

FAQ 5: Do you ship internationally?
We will only ship internationally by AirSure which is more expensive than AirMail but is a guaranteed service and if an item does not arrive, we can make a claim.  If you live overseas, please contact us and we confirm the cost of shipping to your destination.

FAQ 6: What do I do if my item does not arrive?
You will receive email confirmation of when your item was posted so you should expect to receive your purchase within two workings days (applies to UK first class only). If you do not receive it, please check with your local postal depot, they may have tried to deliver and have returned it if it would not fit through your letterbox. After 15 days we can claim via proof of posting

FAQ 7: What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
All items are posted in 100% perfect condition (unless listing states otherwise), if it is damaged when it reaches you must raise a claim with Royal Mail, they may ask for sight of the goods and packaging. We will provide you with all the details you need to support the claim, ie when/where posted etc. We cannot claim on your behalf

Quality Photographs: high quality photos are sourced from the USA and UK, they are not printed at home and are of the highest standard. Sizes are standard at 8x10” or 6x4” and we only have one copy of each.  Always posted in a card-backed envelope marked Please Do Not Bend

Budget Photographs: quality pictures sourced from the USA and UK, they are not printed at home and are often rare, in most cases we only have one copy of each for sale.  Always sent in a Please Do Not Bend envelope

Keyrings: quality large keyrings with images on both sides.  Sent in a bubble envelope

Postcards: sourced from the USA and UK, not vintage unless stated. Sent in a Please Do Not Bend envelope

Magnets: high quality and sourced from the USA, large strong magnets on the reverse.  Sent in a bubble envelope

CDs: genuine CDs, not copies, original artwork & inlay materials.  Full working condition.  Sent in a bubble envelope

Books: usually read once and in excellent condition unless otherwise stated.  Packaged in bubble wrap and strong envelopes or large mailing bag depending on size.

Postage costs include the outer and inner packaging and cost of the stamp plus a minor increase for the labels and printer ink we use to address the items to the buyer.  We do not charge for our transportation to the post office.
