125 years of Louis Vuitton : The epoch as seen by J H Lartigue.  This two-volume slipcase set was published by Louis Vuitton, Paris, in 1980 as a gift to the friends of this famous luxury brand.  The set comprises two soft-cover volumes - the first commemorating 125 years of Louis Vuitton, the second featuring Lartigue's own selection of photos choosen to capture the spirit of the age.  The set was never intended for re-sale and as a consequence is now a collectors' item.  The cloth-covered slipcase is approximately 27cm wide by 21cm tall and 2cm deep.  On the cover and spine 125 ans de Louis Vuitton et l'epoque vue par J.H. Lartigue plus the LV logo.  This set in Very Good condition
