This is a very large lot of 2590  1 cent and 2 cent Liberty issue town and type precancels with all DIFFERENT plate numbers. I beleive all states are represented here including Hi, ID and territories. These all have a catalog price for the precancel of 20 cents and up. The scan shows a very small group taken from this big lot.
