Shipping policy

We are unable to ship to any P.O. or A.P.O. Box addresses. For high value products, we may require verification of address to be scanned and emailed to us before we can ship it out. This is done to protect the interests of both you, the customer, as well as us, the seller. We mainly ship via Royal Mail or Parcelforce.


Insurance

All items are safely packaged. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit, therefore we recommend you take our low-cost insurance option (Items below £34 are already covered by royal mail insurance). For express delivered products, no responsibility is taken for items damaged during transit if the package is signed for without the contents being checked, therefore please inspect your item when you receive it.

Faulty product or missing parts 

If goods arrive defective upon receipt, you have up to 7 days from date of receipt to request exchange for a new one. Item must be returned in its original and unused condition and must also be in its original box and packing. In case of missing parts, please notify us the same day the product has been received.

Returns Policy

You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns. We will reimburse this return shipping upon verification of any faults of the product. Product exchange is our normal policy, with refunds in exceptional cases. All returns must be authorised. In the unlikely event that you need to return an item to us, we will send you an authorisation code, which must be clearly stated on your parcel. Please note that we cannot accept any returns that have not been issued with this number.
