This is a highly decorated and guilded plate.  

The plate is of a square desing and measures about 9” across.

The main decoration to the plate is the County of Kent

Interestingly the base carries two makers marks that have been overstamped.
The first is for the ‘Lord Nelson Pottery, England’,  and the second is ‘Liverpool Road Pottery Ltd , Stoke on Trent England.
The plate carries a number 4-72
