A wonderful, unique and unusual vintage walking stick with silver-style etched top.  I think the wood is ebony, I am not sure.  The top has a highly decorative navel/pacific island scene with a ship and palm trees on it. The bottom has a brass tip. 

The top may have been silver-plated, which has worn off to leave a silver-colour base.

Pick up from Ealing, West London is available too.
