All Goods as supplied by  Blinds4u are covered by a 24 month guarantee against defects in craftsmanship or materials. This 24 month period begins when the Goods are delivered to You. If Your goods arrive damaged or there is a defect in manufacturing, You must report this to the Blinds4u  WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE GOODS.  Blinds4u cannot be held responsible for any damage or defect once the 7 day reporting time has lapsed.
Return of defective Goods will only be accepted with prior notification. In the first instance, You must contact Us via e-mail or telephone to explain the nature of the problem. 
If the Goods are deemed defective We will offer You replacement of the Goods or a desired alternative or offer You a full refund.
