Recycled aluminium contains high levels of Silicone which drastically reduces the strength of the component parts. The effects will typically be seen around 12 months after installation when the brackets and fittings start to crack and break.
Cheaper golf trolleys have a very thin layer of powder coating on the metal parts which peels off after around 12 months or less.
