You are looking at a skirt, made out of magenta net, with an elasticated waistband. The photo looks like a dusky pink because of the flash, but it is more of a purple pink (magenta).This skirt was handmade by HERESY! (we reserve the right to make more) This really is a cool skirt, it is very cyber Goth, and would look AMAZING with a corset. 

The waist is elastic so will fit most sizes - I WILL MAKE IT TO YOUR MEASUREMENTS. However, it all depends how you like to wear it, i know i prefer to have them on my hips!!!
