You are looking at a long length eyelet skirt, in chinese brocade, dragon design. This skirt IS made by HERESY!

As there are eyelets down the side it will fit a range of sizes depending on how wide you like the gap at the side. Please buy the correct size, or email if you need help deciding. The length is approx 30"

There are 60 eyelets in this skirt, all put in by hand, and it laces up with black.
