Return Policy

My return policy is simple. Buying jewellery over the internet is not the same as buying in a shop or on the high street. You can’t try it on or feel it in your hands. You also cannot tell the true colours or notice the reflection if there are semi-precious stones. To help build your confidence in purchasing, we offer a 100% money back guarantee.

If for any reason at all you are not happy with your purchase on receipt, then as long as you return it, unused, in its original condition along with its original packaging within 10 days then we will refund to you the full price you paid within 10 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition. However, I will be unable to refund postage and packaging costs. Please note we also do not refund earrings due to hygenic reasons.

Postage

The Standard Postage rate within the UK is 2.99 GBP for small items. This includes postage, handling and packaging fees. All items are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class. This usually takes 3-4 working days maximum but in the past many customers have received their item in 1 working day!

Your jewellery will be wrapped to the highest quality standard to ensure it arrives safely.

If you would like overnight 1st Class Recorded/Signed delivery I can also provide that for 4.99 GBP. This is for 1 item, if your order is more than 1 item the cost of overnight delivery may be higher depending on the weight of all items.  International shipping within the EU  (outside the UK) is 4.99 GBP  and will be sent by Royal Mail Small Packets .Insurance is also available, but will depend on the value on the item. Please inquire if you would like insurance on your jewelry item.
