Please be advised that the Royal Mail will not refund for jewellery lost in the ordinary post. For this reason we advise you select Special Delivery, especially for expensive items. Should SD items go astray we will refund after 10 working days as the Post Office do not consider an item is lost until this time is passed.  If you select 1st class post you do so at your own risk. I will obtain proof of posting which I will send to you to help you with your claim from the Post Office.

Prompt payment is always appreciated and I aim to post promptly. I try to post items the day after full payment is recived. In the rare event that this is not possible and I will email to explain why and when your items will be posted.

I hope you will not need to return any Forget Me Not Jewellery, but for peace of mind here is our return policy: 

Please email before returning any items and explain the problem. Outside of my legal requirements returns are only accepted if items are faulty. No return on earrings unless faulty due to hygine. Items can be repaired and returned to you or a refund issused - state your prefrence in your email please. Only the cost of the item, not P&P can be refunded. You must bear the cost of returning the item to us, but we will pay postage to return repaired items.
