We only sell top quality brand new items, everything we sell is as stated in our listing. If for some reason you have changed your mind and you don't want the goods, you need to inform us straight away.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery to you. The goods must be unused, in fully resalable condition and in their original packaging. The goods must be returned at the customer's expense and sent back to us. Returns must be sent via a method that requires a signature. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery, if we don't receive it, NO refund can be issued. Once we have received the goods and they in the condition as stated above, you will then be issued with a refund of the cost of goods, less the cost of any delivery charges we have incurred in getting the goods to you, and restocking fees (restocking fees are usually about £15), even if the listing states FREE delivery, we still have to pay to get the goods to you (in most cases our delivery costs are between £10 - £20). If you wish to return something you have bought, contact us via telephone 01275 349733, our lines are open between 9.30am - 10pm, 7 days a week. We will then discuss the problem with you, give you the returns address and let you know how much you will be refunded. We also need to file a mutual agreement with ebay to recover our selling fees back. This will be done as soon as we receive the goods back, all you need to do is agree to this with ebay, your feedback score won't be affected as long as you agree to this. |
