Return policy
You may return any unused product you buy from us within 14 working days of receipt. To enable us to authorise a return, you must contact our customer services team, on 02392 666353, stating your buyer user id, item number and reason for return.  We will then authorise this return via our courier.   

·         The product must be unused and packed in all original packaging, both internal and external, with instruction booklets. We must receive the product back within 14 working days of authorisation of return. All shipping costs are non- refundable

·         The buyer is fully responsible for all shipping costs. On receipt of the item a refund will be issued via the original method used to pay for the item.

·         If the item is found to be used or the packaging not suitable for re sale once returned then any refund or exchange  will be refused and will only be returned to the customer once all shipping costs are paid.

Baby 2000 in Portsmouth's method of payment is via Paypal. We will always try to despatch an item within 24 hours of payment. The only exception being Bank Holidays and weekends when the item will be despatched asap. The free delivery covers the UK MAINLAND ONLY. Those in Northern and Southern Ireland and the Scottish Islands/Highlands need to make contact before bidding to ensure that no extra costs are involved.
