Star Styles we are happy to refund/exchange unwanted items returned
within 10 working days, provided they are returned in their original
condition, in which we will refund the amount (minus shipping costs).
Please include a note stating your REASON FOR RETURN, EBAY USER NAME
and ITEM CODE.
When
returning an item, the buyer must keep proof of postage as they will
need to claim on insurance should the item be lost/damaged en-route to
star styles.
In the unlikely event of an item being returned due to an error on our part, the correct item will be dispatched upon arrival.

order to claim back eBay fees for returned items, ‘unpaid item
disputes’ will be opened which have NO adverse affect on the customer’s
