LIONEL PREWAR O-GA #125 LITHO LIONELVILLE STATION #2790

Unusual # station, I don't recall ever having one before. It is #125, same as early 126 but without interior light. Clear # stamp on bottom. Red brick litho wall, mojave windows, maroon doors, dk green & brass trim, pea green roof with litho chimneys, gray base. Some dirt & light/even wear on base, small wear spots at center of roof & a wear spot above 1-window on 1-end. Overall looks nice VG+. Thick dk green paint on window trim does not show usual flaking. Nice example - rare number. Chimneys have complete top tabs. Shade of red on ends does not match sides, as sometimes found. This is common in litho process and not due to fading. Looking inside I noticed you get the best of both worlds with this station. It has rare #, but also has a factory light fixture.
