Every effort is made to make the listing as accurate as possible, occasionally errors occur, If an error has been made in any of our listings & the item is not as discribed, a full refund or full credit is available, subject to discussion via e-mail. If making a return the item must be presented in its original packaging, circle our return address, the item should be marked 'not required' re-sealed & placed into the postal system. No postage should be due. Seller cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage in transit. Proof of posting is always obtained, any loss or damage in transit is the responsibility of the buyer to progress with the specified carrier. If required the posting certificate will be supplied after the request Royal Mail waiting period (normally 15 days). In certain circumstances a full credit is offered, this credit is available for any item presented by ourselves either in our shop or on general auction. Refunds on PC related items are only given either in respect to the above (normal terms & conditions), refunds or credits are not normally offered if the buyer has selected the incorrect software for their operating system.
