The Midi Store LLC, maintains a full, money-back guarantee (excluding any shipping charges) on unopened packages returned within 14 days of purchase. A refund will be granted if the product is in the original, shrink-wrapped carton along with the original sales receipt, all original packaging, warranties, and accessories. We understand some items are not shrink-wrapped from the manufacturer, they must be returned in un-opened condition for a full refund.
