With expertise in Digital Recording, High Speed Domes and Infra Red Cameras, the UK operation opened in 1998 to supply the top security installers and integrators with products being used extensively through high street retail chains.

Payment Information

We accept PayPal and Credit Card payments. All items need to be paid for within 3 working days or they will be relisted on Ebay.

We have a 7 day return policy (from date of purchase) however you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. The buyer is responsible for all postage costs and postage costs are non-refundable.

Postage Information

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving payment and deliver within 3 working days. If we cannot do we will contact you by email.

It should be noted that our chosen courier will not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

We can post items abroad, but there are additional delivery charges.

Postage to Europe is from £19.95 for a 5 working day delivery service (however it can take up to 14 days for some countries) that is trackable and insured up to £500. If you live in Europe and would like to purchase from LILIN, then please contact us before you order and we shall make special arrangements for you and agree on a postage rate.

We can also deliver to the rest of the world. Please contact us before making a purchase so that we can make special arrangements for you and agree on a postage rate.

Terms and Conditions

All orders will be processed and dispatched as soon as possible. If items arrive damaged (or get lost on their way to you), we will refund or replace them.

When ordering and paying by phone, payment will be taken at the time of the order (rather than waiting until the order is ready to be dispatched).

All items are offered for sale subject to availability. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 day of receiving payment to mainland UK. However please allow up to 3 days for delivery. We aim to deliver all international orders within 5 days of receiving payment but please allow up to 10 days for delivery.

If delivery is likely to be subject to undue delay, we will contact you by email. You will have the option of a full refund in this case. If you choose to pay by e-cheque, your order will be subject to a 14 day clearance delay. LILIN has the option to cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled for any reason and will contact you accordingly.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase return it to us, still sealed in the undamaged original packaging within 7 days for a refund or exchange. Please note we will not refund postage on cancelled or returned orders. It is your responsibility to ensure that goods are suitably packaged for transit so that they are returned in their original, saleable condition.

If your order is sent back to us as not signed for or collected, you can arrange for it to be resent (charges may apply). We will only charge the fee that we are charged by the courier and we will never profit out of this.

We will keep a record of your details as supplied to us for the purposes of processing your order and any follow-up customer service requirements. We may use this information to send you additional information from LILIN in future. If you wish to be excluded from these mailings, please contact us.
