Postage: A good seller will do their best to trail very close behind their postal service provider and make no profit from getting the item delivered to you. I believe that I am one of those sellers. I charge for the cost of the stamp and the cost of the envelope & a contribution towards any additional packing.  I DO NOT charge extra to offset my fees. And by not doing so, I pay the PayPal fees out of the winning price; you are NOT charged for any of my fees through postage.

Payment: I prefer payment within three days. I know this is not always possible. The key to a good transaction is excellent communication and that is a two way street. Buyers expect clear and straightforward communication from sellers and I expect the same from my buyers, especially if payment will take longer than three days. Form of Payment: PayPal is great because it is immediate and you will have your item much quicker than if you pay by postal order or cheque. However, PayPal fees are quite high for low-priced sellers so I do accept cheques and postal orders from Irish customers. I can accept Sterling Postal Orders from International customers – however, if you are an international customer intending on paying by another method (other than PayPal) you do need to contact me PRIOR to purchasing.

Returns: Returns cannot be accepted on personalised items – if the error lies on my side a replacement item will be reissued upon contact and posted immediately. The postage cost for returned items will not be refunded

Feedback: I leave feedback for buyers once I have posted their item(s). I would appreciate it if customers would leave feedback upon receipt of their item to indicate to me that all’s ok. In the event that you are not satisfied with an item, I believe it would be common courtesy to contact me first before posting feedback. Although I do take great care in my work, mistakes can happen, things can go wrong and I feel it would be nice to receive an opportunity to be able to solve the problem, hopefully to the customer’s satisfaction.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AS STATED - A NOVELTY, LAMINATED ITEM - IT HAD DOUBLE SIDED TAPE ON THE BACK TO STICK IT ONTO THE ACTUAL LIGHT SWITCH COVER. IT IS NOT A CASE TO FIT AROUND THE SWITCH AND THE SIZE IS STANDARD AND CANNOT BE ALTERED.
