Our accessories are all brand new, never been used stock which we are selling either because it is an overstock, a discontinued line or a previous gift with a handset item. 


This accessory may not be covered by a manufacturer warranty but if it does develop a fault contact us and we will sort out a fix or replacement for you.

We can only sell and deliver items to people in the United Kingdom, so please don't bid or buy if you don't live in the UK. 


how to submit your payment?


We only accept payment through Paypal, you won't be able to pay by cash, cheque or money order.

If we haven't received payment within 5 working days of the auction ending, we'll assume you don't want your item and cancel your order for you. We may also leave negative feedback on your account.

We can only ship to addresses in the UK. Unfortunately we cannot combine p&p costs if you buy more than one phone. You'll be able to see the total cost of your order in your auction-won email. The shipping and handling cost is detailed at the bottom of our listings and can be found on our delivery page.


After we've received cleared payment for the auction, we'll process your order and send your item out, you could receive it within 2 working days. To make things simpler, we have put a table together to show when you will receive your item, which depends on when we receive your cleared Paypal payment.

Here at the Orange store we don't count the weekends, or public holidays, as working days. So this means that if the day you pay is a public holiday it will take a day longer to process your order.

All our items come with a seven-day money back guarantee. This means that if within 7 days you decide you don’t like it you can return it for a refund, but it must still be in its original condition.


If you want to return your item under our 7 day policy, you can contact us at ebay.shop@orange-ftgroup.com, (please include the ebay auction number of the phone). We'll explain the returns process and send you a returns bag. 


Please don't take your item in to one of our high street shops, call our general Customer Services numbers or contact the manufacturer directly if you havent already notified us of your issue - they won't be able to help you. 


how to send back items
You must first notify us so we can send you a prepaid postage bag. Once you have the returns bag we can only take back items in their original condition, original packaging and with all the accessories such as the user guide, charger and so on. Also any comments about why you are returning the handset are incredibly useful so we can improve our systems.


how you will be refunded


Once we get your item back, we'll refund the cost of your order excluding postage. We'll send the money to the Paypal account used in the auction. If we have any questions for you, we'll get in touch. 
faults
Our items come with a six-month warranty against electrical and manufacturing faults. If something does goes wrong during this time, you can contact us at ebay.shop@orange-ftgroup.com, (please include the ebay auction number of the item), and we'll fix it or replace it for you.

At the orange shop our products should not be bought for resale. 
how many you can buy
We reserve the right to restrict purchases through the orange store on ebay to a maximum of 5 individual items per person, or address within any one month period. 
We regularly check through our Paypal records and if it appears someone has bought more than 5 items within a month, then additional phone orders will be cancelled and any additional payment we received will of course be refunded via Paypal.
