 I PASSED THIS PHONE ON TO MY DAUGHTER AND SHE HAS USED IT FOR THE LAST 18 MONTHS, SO IT HAS HAD PLENTY OF USE AND HAS THE USUAL WEAR AND TEAR. THE SMALL FRONT SCREEN HAS A LITTLE CRACK BUT THIS DOESNT EFFECT THE INSIDE SCREEN, AND ISNT VERY NOTICABLE. COMES BOXED WITH EVERYTHING THAT CAME WITH IT. IN PERFECT WORKING ORDER, BATTERY HAS A VERY LONG LIFE. LOCKED TO 3, SIM NOT INCLUDED.
