Returns replacement Cancellation rightsetc:

We adhere to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, if you change your mind about a purchase made using 'Buy it Now'  not auction format then you may return it 'as new' in its original packaging for a refund provided you have notified us via e-mail within 7 days of receipt of your intention to do so. All costs in returning the item are to be met by the customer in all cases of return. If an item is returned under this cancellation procedure and cannot be sold as new in its original packaging as arrived so it can be sold as new again etc then we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee appropriate to the condition of the item.

Faulty or not as described on "buy it now" items you have the period of 14 days from receipt of the item to return the item in which case a replacement will be sent in the first instance if not then a refund. All costs in returning the item will be met by the customer although in certain circumstances this can be met by us deducted on a future order basis for a period of upto 60 days.

"Auction items" have a period of 7 days.

Trade and ongoing business orders the faulty items will be replaced on future orders on an "ongoing" basis.

We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for items returned to us and not found to be faulty.Buyer may also be asked to pay the return postage for the items returned to them or the restocking fee.
