We accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card and Paypal.
All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT. 
For CREDIT /DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS please e-mail us with your contact numbers.
Please note we only accept PAYPAL Payments from address confirmed accounts. 
If PAYPAL have not confirmed your address then please contact us first to confirm or 
make payment by card. We will only ship to the Verifed Billing Address of your payment method.

We only ship to Mainland UK.
Delivery will only be to credit/debit card billing address or Paypal registered address to protect our customers and us against FRAUD.
We take great care in checking and packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.
For Larger Items and Televisons 27" and over, Delivery will be 7-10 working days after cleared payment. Otherwise we expect to delivery within 3 working days of cleared payment. 
Please provide contact number, this is required by our Transport Company. If one is not provided, Delivery may be delayed until one is obtained.

All our stock is thoroughly checked before despatch to ensure it is in perfect working order to avoid any disappointment on arrival.
As these are graded items they can either have slight cosmetic blemishes/mark or the packaging could be damaged /open. However this should not affect the performance of the product.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded within 14 days, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us safely in its original packaging.
Please always keep packaging safe in the unlikely event of return.
