We only accept Paypal payments for our buy it now items and we will only ship to the address given on the Paypal statement. 

Please make sure you use the delivery address in your paypal payment and not in the eBay or paypal notes as we can only ship to the address given by paypal.

When purchasing your item please leave a contact number with your order ( in the notes to seller section) which we can contact you on to arrange a suitable delivery date. 

Smaller items are sent out without calling for delivery confirmation

Delivery days are Monday – Friday Between 9am - 5.30pm

We can only ship to Mainland UK

If you would like to collect your item then payment must be made with a debit/credit card using Chip and Pin. Please leave a contact telephone number so we can contact you when your item is ready for collection.

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your
refund efficiently:
 
(i) Please telephone us on 0161-688-1542 between 09:00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday,stating you are an eBay customer, to make arrangements for return. You will then be provided with an RMA (Return Material Authorisation) number.
 
(ii) ELECTROTEC will subsequently arrange for the Products to be collected by ELECTROTECs carrier if this was the method of delivery. You will be contacted to arrange for a suitable collection time and collection place. If the products were deliverd by Royal Mail, then you will be requested to return them using this method.
 
(iii) Before returning any Products to ELECTROTEC please check that you have:
 
Received a RMA number from ELECTROTEC (issued on request).
Enclose all Accessories and other material supplied unless informed otherwise. 
Use all packaging that was originally supplied. 
Ensure the following return address and the RMA number is clearly displayed:

Seal the packaging securely. 
(iv) Following these steps will help ensure the Products arrive at the correct destination and in good condition within a timely fashion. Please note that your failure to follow this procedure may result in the returned Products being rejected upon request.
