this is a beautiful and perfectly preserved genuine vintage JACKET which is from the 1940s

it looks near mint as close to deadstock that you could find and is immaculate

thick soft supple deerskin buckskin leather and is so soft and velvety on the outside and softer than the softest skin you have ever felt on the inside

authentic ladies western jacket with fringes and two side pockets

the leather is serrated with pinking shears and this makes very attractive edging

gold satin lining

leather covered buttons

jacket is worn open necked but can be closed right up

you may find others like these is museums but this is a fully wearable and wonderful jacket

 

tagged as 16 but this is american sizing and vintage too

its being worn by a 10 - 12  (38 28 38 just to give an idea of the fit on yourself) - will fit 12 - 14

- buckskin has a stretch to it and will loosen with wearing - moulds to your body and is warm and lighter weight than normal leather despite the fact that its actually thicker

 across the shoulders is 17" -

underarm to underarm is 22" so thats 44" round the chest -

length is 28"

shoulder to cuff is 24.5"
