Refunds & Returns

Faulty goods must be reported within 7 days from receipt. We will arrange to repair or replace faulty goods, providing they have been installed in accordance with the relevant requirements (qualified engineer) proof may be required or warranty may be invalid. All appliances come with six month warranty we will arrange with you any repair required within this period

(Varying individually) all faulty goods will be repaired by the relevant service company. Deductions will be made for transport costs if choosing to return rather than have the necessary repair

Damaged in transit goods to be reported on delivery day POD note or we can not accept damaged returns

Delivery
