We always endevour to be 100% honest and accurate in our descriptions. If an item is described as 100% complete, this means that the contents have been carefully checked (often 2 or 3 times) against an inventory to ensure that they really do contain all of the necessary parts and pieces. We know first-hand how disappointing it is to purchase an item described as 100% complete from Ebay, only to discover there are pieces missing. In the highly unlikely event that you do discover a missing part, please check the packaging again and other parts as sometimes the tinier parts can get lost inside the bigger ones during transit. If a part is genuinely missing (after all, we're only human and mistakes can happen) we GUARANTEE to provide the missing part!!!! We always check and sort sets before selling them to remove any dirty or damaged pieces and package the contents (sorted into colour groups) into grip-lock bags for easy building. Please don't be put off by the fact that we often use stock photos rather than building each set to photograph individually - this is not because we have something to hide but simply a time issue - we handle hundreds of sets and don't have time to build them all up for photo ops! We don't ship items already built unless the description states it. Items are always packaged carefully inside cardboard boxes to ensure the item reaches you in the same condition it left us and are usually sent same or next day following payment! INTERNATIONAL BUYERS TO CONTACT FIRST FOR SHIPPING QUOTES!!!
