We hope you love everything you order from Happy Little Ones. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we would be happy for you to return the goods back to us for a full refund (less carriage costs). 

Goods must be return in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the full cost of the return carriage. We strongly suggest that you use an insured service with proof of postage for return goods as we cannot be held responsible for lost items. 

Unfortunately, and without exception, we cannot accept returns on opened and used goods.

Before returning goods, you must email us with a brief reason for your return.

Upon receipt of goods we will inspect item(s) and process your refund within 48 hours.
